• work with your staff to create a list of prospective funders
• research new and existing prospects for interest, timing, guidelines or restrictions
• research facts and statistics to support the case
• develop a case statement
• develop individualized, strategically written, and compelling proposals
• guaranteed meeting of deadlines and help with final submission

Fees

Fees are based on time spent, not on a percentage of funds raised.
Fees are not permitted to be a part of the proposal budget.
All clients will be required to sign a contract, as required by the Pennsylvania Bureau of Charitable Organizations. A sample of the contract is available for review upon request.

Once an initial proposal is drafted, it is much easier to tailor it to other funders, thus the process becomes quicker the more familiar I become with the organization and its programs. The finished proposal and all electronic files become the property of the organization.

Rate: $27.00/hr

An initial deposit of $108.00 is required from all new clients
before any work will begin. This will cover
the first four hours of service, and will be
deducted from your first invoice.
